SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally.  

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Kitty Knuckle + Comb Knife Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

If you place an order including Pepper Spray in a State where Pepper Spray is Not Permitted, it will be Substituted with an accessory of equal value. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address Policy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Selena’s Safety Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are undeliverable, delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly entered mailing address provided by the customer.

Orders are shipped exactly as the address is entered at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If a package is returned to the sender due to an address error, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.
Please carefully review your shipping and billing information prior to submitting your order.

Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 25% restock fee. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee*.
